"ICM has the scanning equipment, portable PC network and trained staff to come on site for document preparation and scanning for those situations where the documents cannot leave the premise". Although more costly than scanning at one of ICM's facilities, this is still an effective way to capture the content. The overall project cost can be minimized by performing the post capture steps at ICM. When on-site, ICM typically requests to work multiple shifts so that schedules and overall project cost can be minimized. Having had 4 on-site projects going at the same time, ICM knows how to make this approach work effectively.
